Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
Perform tour product and hotel data entry, ensuring accurate and
Timely input of travel products into the system.
Visiting hotels for inspection, creating and maintaining hotel fact
sheets, compiling essential hotel information such as location,
Amenities, room types, and service details.
Creating quotations, developing travel itineraries, designing tour
packages, and calculating costs for clients are essential components

Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous
Manner.
Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
Organizing hotel reservations, flight arrangements, and other
transportation bookings in accordance with travel itineraries to
Efficiently optimize time slots and priorities.
. Making hotel and guide vouchers sending them on time and explaining to them
if query arise.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese will be considered an
