Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous Manner. Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries. Organizing hotel reservations, flight arrangements, and other transportation bookings in accordance with travel itineraries to Efficiently optimize time slots and priorities. . Making hotel and guide vouchers sending them on time and explaining to them if query arise. Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese will be considered an Advantageous asset. Freshers can also avail the opportunity Good Communication Skills. Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
