Job Description

TransFunnel is looking for an experienced, strategic, and self-motivated individual to join their dynamic Marketing Automation Consulting Team. If you are passionate about tackling strategic marketing challenges and possess exceptional problem-solving and execution skills, then this opportunity is for you. Your role will involve understanding business problems and translating them into marketing automation language. You will be expected to develop top-notch strategies, generate innovative campaign ideas, and implement cutting-edge automation practices to address the issues at hand. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Team, Creative Teams, and Customers to devise and execute effective inbound strategies using leading Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, among others. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with customers to grasp their Sales & Marketing funnel requirements and effectively communicate them to the internal marketing & delivery team for the development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns. - Gain insights into the customer's buyer persona, pain points, available resources, and marketing channels to craft comprehensive inbound strategies that drive results. - Identify the disparity between current marketing processes and desired sales and marketing automation objectives. Develop an overarching automation strategy and execute it in stages. - Demonstrate exceptional project management abilities to ensure seamless and timely delivery to clients. - Conceptualize and execute end-to-end inbound marketing campaigns, collaborating with all stakeholders for successful implementation. - Develop a robust content strategy, content promotion campaigns, and evaluate the content's efficacy based on expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) for clients. - Produce and present standard and customized analytics reports on MQLs acquisition programs, nurture campaigns, sales conversion rates, and media purchases to track campaign ROI, attribution, and sales effectiveness to clients and internal teams. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in executing email marketing campaigns, marketing automation funnels, drip/nurturing campaigns, and utilizing Google Analytics. - Previous experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or other renowned automation tools is highly desirable. - Experience in inbound marketing and handling automation campaigns with extensive datasets. - Basic knowledge of pertinent marketing areas such as content writing, copywriting, social media, email campaigns, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in project management and collaboration. - Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS would be advantageous for working on email templates and landing pages.,
