Job Description

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment. Fluent in both written and verbal English and Hindi communication is a must. You should possess good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ticketing or CRM software is required. The role also requires willingness to work in rotational shifts. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule. The candidate should have 2 years of experience in inbound voice and 1 year of experience in customer support.
