Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inbound Customer Support Executive at Vaani Infosystems Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to clients. You will be involved in conducting customer satisfaction surveys, addressing customer issues, assisting in product selection, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement. - Communicate with customers through various mediums for offers, updates, and more. - Address customer issues promptly and provide solutions. - Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their requirements and budget. - Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner. - Inform customers about upcoming promotions or deals. - Build positive relationships with clients both in-person and over the phone. - Generate reports based on customer satisfaction data. - Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience. Qualification Required: - Minimum educational qualification required is 12th pass, with graduation pursuit. - Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi languages is mandatory. Additional Details: Vaani Infosystems Pvt Ltd offers a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick leave, morning shifts, weekend availability, yearly bonus, and a work location in Gurgaon, Sector 18, Phase-4, Udyog Vihar, Haryana.
