Inbound Card Advisory & Lead Conversion Agent

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to credit card features, eligibility, fees, and benefits while maintaining high service standards.
• Qualify and convert incoming leads by assessing customer needs and recommending suitable card products to maximize conversion ratios.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking & follow-ups through CRM to ensure timely closure and minimize lead drop-off.
• Conduct eligibility checks & preliminary verification to filter high-potential prospects before forwarding to processing teams.
• Deliver product advisory with transparency, explaining rewards, charges, limits, and usage benefits to build customer trust and reduce post-issuance complaints.
• Achieve daily & monthly conversion targets while maintaining quality communication and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with onboarding & operations teams for smooth card approval and activation process.
• Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities across premium cards, add-ons, EMI options, and card upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and company policies during customer interactions and lead handling.
