In-Process Quality (IPQA)

Position: In-Process Quality (IPQA) – SMT Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Location: Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Contact: Nandini – 6366840271 Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced In-Process Quality (IPQA) professional to support and ensure quality control in SMT and wave soldering lines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS) and possess strong knowledge of quality inspection procedures and yield monitoring. Key Responsibilities:Monitor SMT and wave soldering lines during shifts for quality adherence. Perform First Piece Inspection (FPI) and Final Assembly Review (FAR). Conduct line process audits and ensure implementation of corrective actions. Track and analyze yield data; prepare daily yield reports. Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) for improvement initiatives. Create and update Work Instructions and SOPs. Qualifications:Option 1: BE in EEE / ECE / E&I with 2 – 3 years of experience Option 2: Diploma in EEE / ECE / E&I with 3 – 4 years of experience Requirements:Experience working in EMS industry is mandatory Hands-on knowledge of SMT lines, wave soldering, and IPQA practices Male candidates preferred (as per job requirement) Willing to work in shifts Must be available for Face-to-Face Interview at Oragadam This is an off-roll position Salary & Benefits:Net Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience and qualifications) PF facility available Other benefits as per company policy
