Hands-on experience with various inspection and measurement tools (callipers, micrometres, height gauges, CMM, profilometer etc.). Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, & preferably IATF 16949. Training & Compliance Required Candidate profile Familiarity with core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC. Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, PDCA).
