In-House Counsel

Tech Mahindra is seeking in-house legal counsels to join Legal team in Noida/Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing various legal contracts such as MSA, RFP, DPA, Vendor agreements, NDA, and License Agreements.

- Ensuring that legal documents align with group standards and policies to safeguard the company's interests.

- Staying updated on legislative changes that could impact the company and its affiliates.

Qualifications:

- L.L.B degree from a reputable college/university.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an in-house counsel with similar responsibilities.

- Proficient in managing communications with internal departments promptly.

- Skilled in fostering a collaborative management environment through effective communication with internal teams and law firms.

- Strong attention to detail and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Self-motivated with a strategic and execution-oriented approach.
