Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyse and respond to queries brought by the Sales Team, direct Customers, or proactively generated by self.
Share queries with relevant agents/vendors to obtain competitive and suitable solutions.
Identify opportunities for margin improvement through alternate routing, vendor /agent negotiation, or consolidation options.
Ensure minimum margin thresholds are met for each job as defined by management.
Regular coordination with shipping lines, and overseas agents to get the best possible rates.
Share booking confirmations, documentation, and proper handover with CS/OPS once a job is secured.
Maintain a pricing tracker/Enquiry Sheet (i.e. quotes sent, won/lost, margin per job, key clients).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
