What You’ll Do

• Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock pipelines.
• Create container/loading plans and track supplier performance.
• Support the critical path process and smooth fulfilment to warehouse.
• Build strong, reliable supplier relationships.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in merchandising, imports, or supply chain coordination.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and confidence with data.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
  

It’s a Plus If You Also Have

• Experience with container planning, stock control, or critical paths.
• Familiarity with retail supply chains and high-volume SKUs.
• Knowledge of international supply routes and supplier performance monitoring.
• Experience supporting partner accounts or joint service-level management.
  

Engagement

• Independent consultancy (not employment).
• Flexible arrangements; manage your own time and tax obligations.
• Monthly consultancy fee agreed based on scope and experience.
