We are looking for someone who has previously worked in AGRO COMMODITIES.
1. Reviewing and responding to client inquiries for Agro commodities.
2. Generating leads from B2B portals and different websites.
3. Familiarity with shipping documents (like Bill of Lading, Packing List, etc.)
4. Basic knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping rates
5. Sourcing products from websites, suppliers, and vendors.
6. Visiting vendors to check products before finalizing.
7. Visiting clients and showing product samples.
8. Negotiating competitive rates with vendors and suppliers.
9. Coordinating with shipping companies to obtain freight rates.
10. Coordinating with Custom House Agents for Exports.
11. Having knowledge of certifications required for different products.
12. Preparing and sending detailed quotations to clients.
13. Managing end-to-end export processes, including documentation and compliance.
