Import Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with shipping line, warehouse, transporter, customs, and docks personnel to ensure smooth clearance of all import and export processes
• Work with multiple customers on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
• Responsiveness to customer queries and independently resolving issues and queries on consignments
• Preparation of Import Export checklist in USoft software, E-way bill, shipping line bonds, customs bonds, bank guarantee, etc.
• Process FSSAI, PQ, and AQ applications
• Respond to customs queries by making the required information available

Qualification Requirements:

• Diploma Courses in Import & Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, or related fields.
• Bachelors in any domain
• Professional Certification such as CA, SCM, etc.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Both verbal and written)
• Experienced candidates with 2+ years of experience in fields related to import & export
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and nuances, including regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements
• High Multitasking ability
• Ability to effectively coordinate with trade partners
• Enthusiastic, responsible, driven, and strong work ethic
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly MS Word and MS Excel)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
