Import Documentation Executive

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Executive - Imports with expertise in post Sales - Import process & documentation. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing purchase / Import teams in a manufacturing or distribution company, you should have knowledge of the Medical Device Industry, which will be considered an advantage. Your responsibilities will include processing Purchase Orders, scrutinizing Letter of Credit, negotiating and coordinating with Banks, external/internal teams & partners. You will also handle Shipment Processing (Import & export documentation- sea /air), Tracking, and Follow-ups. Additionally, you will be responsible for Import Shipment monitoring, tracking, and updating to Origin. Monitoring periodic MIS reports (Shipment or Order progress status / Sales / Purchase/ etc.) and updating them to Origin and other stakeholders will be part of your job. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of B Com, BSc, MBA, Dipn- SCM, FT, along with experience in Import Logistics, Shipment Tracking, and Co-ordination for documents. Your role will involve ensuring timely completion of tasks, following up for Order Acknowledgment and Delivery Date, maintaining job confidentiality, exhibiting good teamwork, and demonstrating time management and organizational skills.
