Implementation / Program Manager

As an Implementations/Program Manager at C2FO, you will be responsible for managing client software integration projects in India. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing quality service that exceeds client and company expectations consistently. - Managing project scope, budget, and schedule according to baselines set by clients and the company. - Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. - Resolving client issues related to services or software product within pre-determined SLAs. - Training clients on product features and additional services related to C2FO's SaaS solution. - Educating clients on C2FO Best Practices and tools to enhance program impact. - Influencing and driving initiatives within a cross-functional environment. - Attending on-site client meetings as required. - Contributing to internal PMO resources and lessons learned. - Supporting the India team operationally in various areas including marketing, account management, and sales ops. Qualifications that will help you succeed in this role include: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience in Technical/Finance Project Management using methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall. - Excellent presentation skills to executive sponsors and strong communication skills at all management levels. - Demonstrated drive for results and accountability for business needs. - Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve common business objectives.
