Implementation Engineer

IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER:

Role Overview:
The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting our software solutions for clients across India and, based on performance, the Middle East. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, client interaction, and extensive travel.

Key Expectations:

• Travel Requirement:
• Must be open to traveling a minimum of 2 weeks per month across India.
• If performance is strong, international travel to the Middle East will be assigned.
• Each implementation cycle may last up to 30 continuous days, followed by a 2-week break from travel.
• In some months, travel may not be required, and the engineer will work from the HQ to support clients remotely.

Technical Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working with MS SQL Database.
• Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries.
• Experience with Crystal Reports for report customization and generation.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills for client-side implementations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience interacting with clients during deployment or support.
• Ability to manage implementation documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
