Job Title : Mid-Level Systems Engineer on Server, Storage & Backup Location : UAE Role Overview : We are looking for a Mid-Level Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in server, storage, and backup implementation. The role involves deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and support physical & virtual servers (Windows/Linux, VMware). Implement and manage storage solutions (SAN/NAS). Deploy and support backup & recovery solutions (Veeam/Cohesity/Commvault or similar). Perform installation, system upgrades, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Work with senior engineers on design, migrations, and DR activities. Prepare basic technical documentation and implementation reports. Requirements: 5 - 8 years of experience in server, storage, and backup technologies. Hands-on with VMware vSphere/ESXi and Windows Server. Basic knowledge of networking concepts. Preferred to have OEM certifications (HPE, Dell, VMware, Veeam)
