Implementation engineer - SQL, Crystal reports

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Engineer to manage on-site software deployments and provide client support from our HQ. This role requires both technical proficiency and flexibility to travel regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client sites for software implementation (minimum 2 weeks per month)
• Handle full implementation cycles, typically up to 30 continuous days
• Provide technical support and remote assistance from HQ when not traveling
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot software installations as per client requirements
• Customize reports and data views using Crystal Reports and SQL
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of MS SQL Database
• Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries
• Experience with Crystal Reports for reporting and customization

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently based on project needs
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
