Profile: Implementation Consultant

Were looking for a highly motivated and technically savvy individual to join our team as a Product Implementation Consultant . This is a unique opportunity for a Chartered Accountant (CA) who is passionate about technology and wants to leverage their accounting expertise in a dynamic, client-facing role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CA to transition into the exciting world of FinTech. Youll gain invaluable experience in product implementation, project management, and client consultation while leveraging your core accounting knowledge. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our cutting-edge products for our clients. Youll serve as a key point of contact, acting as a consultant, project manager, and product expert all in one. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
We are open to hiring both experienced professionals and motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation & Implementation: Lead the implementation of our LMS/LOS products, working directly with clients to understand their business needs, configure the software to their requirements, and ensure a smooth and successful go-live.
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our LMS/LOS products, understanding their features, functionalities, and underlying architecture.
  • Business Analysis: Translate client business requirements into technical specifications for the product development team.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Utilize your technical skills, including proficiency in SQL , to assist with data migration from legacy systems and integrate our products with other client systems like Zoho , MS Dynamics , and various other accounting software.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the clients business team and our internal technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into understandable business terms
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for client teams and provide ongoing post-implementation support.

    Requirements
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and internal teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
    • A strong passion for technology and a willingness to become proficient in new software and technical concepts.
    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is required for data migration and troubleshooting.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
    • Prior experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and project management is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers.
