Implementation Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and suggesting solutions. You will accompany customers throughout the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live. Additionally, you will negotiate the required resources, make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion through training, participate in first-line support, support the sales team during pre-sale, and provide feedback to the Product Owners. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer needs and suggest solutions - Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go live - Negotiate the required resources - Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion through training - Take part in the first-line support - Support the sales team during pre-sale - Provide feedback to the Product Owners Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ERP Application - Ability to understand different business processes - Good communication and negotiation skills - Fluent in English - Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly - Affinity with the IT world Additional Details: If you have experience in management software implementation, are a master in product demonstration, have dealt with various industry and customer segments, and possess qualities such as autonomy, assertiveness, and proactivity, it would be considered nice to have. Multi-tasking skills would also be a plus.,
