Implementation Consultant (IT Products)

As a Product Specialist, IT at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in being a foundational member of the IT Implementation team. Your main responsibility will be to partner with Rippling's largest customers, both in the US and globally, to understand their IT requirements and guide/train them in adopting Rippling's Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions. You will be the internal go-to person for all matters related to Rippling's IT solutions. - Become an expert on Rippling's IT offering, serving as a resource for clients and a subject matter expert for colleagues - Understand clients" current technology requirements and guide them in installing and adopting Rippling's IT solutions - Train clients on Rippling IT products and collaborate with other teams to ensure client success - Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to improve processes and products - Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices - Passion and curiosity for IT-related matters - 4+ years of experience managing IT setups, implementing IT products, or selling IT solutions - Strong understanding of MDM, Identity Management solutions, and other IT-related solutions - Familiarity with IT products such as Google, Azure, and Okta - Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent time management skills and ability to manage client relationships - Strong communication and presentation skills - Self-starter with a bias towards action, comfortable in a fast-paced environment (Note: This is a hybrid role requiring work from the Bangalore office three days a week and working in the EST shift),
