Implementation Advisor II

As a member of the Implementation Advising job family of Ready Implementation Services (RIS) workgroup under the UKG Customer Experience (CX) division, your role will involve working on new customer deployments of UKG Ready product and collaborating with UKG Ready customers in multiple geographies. You will have the opportunity to utilize and enhance your software implementation and consulting skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your knowledge in Human Capital Management or Workforce Management domain for products like ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, People Strong, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday - Serve as a thought leader within the RIS and focus on the Advisory Services program, specifically the Ready Balance Sheet Approval process - Work independently and in teams to provide coaching and mentoring to peer groups/persons - Stay current on all new product capabilities and understand how to use them effectively - Present solutions, drive results, and maintain a consultative, organized, and detail-oriented approach - Influence teams to prioritize the internal/external customer experience - Open to implementing and following new ideas in an evolving role Qualifications: - Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Baseline understanding of U.S. W2 and/or U.S. tax reports (941 reporting) - 3+ years of professional experience in a functional or technical role implementing or supporting a UKG product - Clear and concise communication skills - Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently - Driven to present solutions and address challenges effectively - Openness to working in a business-required shift (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST) You will be part of a team that is driving innovation and making a difference for organizations worldwide through award-winning HR technology.
