Act as the on-site HR representative.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Maintain employee data, attendance, and assist with payroll activities.
Resolve employee concerns and support HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and client HR guidelines.
Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations (implant/on-site experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality.
