Job Title: Immigration Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of immigration consultants, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient processing.
• Provide in-depth guidance on Canada PR, Australia PR, UK Skilled Worker Visas, Germany Job Seeker Visas, and other European immigration programs.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and visa changes for Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, and European countries, and share updates with the team and clients.
• Conduct training sessions to keep the team informed on immigration policies, application processes, and client management best practices.
• Oversee client application preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration laws and policies.
• Handle escalated client cases, providing advanced support and solutions for complex immigration matters.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the immigration industry, specifically as an immigration counselor.
• Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Canada, Australia PR, UK, Germany, and European country immigration policies and processes.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Other Requirements: Only candidates with a proven immigration background are eligible; education counselors or individuals without immigration experience should not apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
