Job Summary

We are hiring Immigration Executives who will assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and provide accurate information about immigration procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a long-term career in a fast-growing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to study, work, tourist, or PR visas for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, and USA.
• Guide clients through application steps and required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely processing.
• Maintain accurate client records and update case statuses.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Customer-focused attitude and confidence in client interaction.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior internship or knowledge in immigration or consultancy.
• Interest in visa procedures or international education.
