Immigration Specialist & HR Associate- EST Timings
LOCATION , Kondapur, HYDERABAD.
WORK SHIFT 9:00 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time

Responsibilities Immigration Responsibilities: • To ensure 100% of work
authorization (H1, TN, E3, F1-OPT, etc.) sponsorships are approved on time and
without any RFEs. • Ensure all work authorization sponsorships are initiated on
time and without any errors as per the internal SLAs. • To ensure 100% of Green
Card sponsorships are approved on time and without any RFE’s. • Ensure all Green
Card sponsorships are initiated on time and without any errors as per the internal
SLAs. • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, immigration counsel
professionally and collect all the required information/documentation. • Experience
preparing and submitting immigration petitions and applications to USCIS and DOL. •
Ability to independently manage the end-to-end process of employment-based
immigration cases, including amendments, extensions, RFEs, and consular processing.
documentation such as Form I-983. • Familiarity with visa bulletin tracking,
priority date retention, and green card porting procedures. Other Responsibilities:
residency, work permits, or citizenship. Advise on the best immigration pathways
(e.g., family-based, employment-based, asylum, student visas). Identify potential
challenges (e.g., inadmissibility issues, prior visa denials). • Application
Preparation & Documentation • Case Management & Follow-Up • Appeals & Problem
Resolution • Work Settings for Immigration Specialists: • Government Agencies
(e.g., USCIS). • Law Firms & Nonprofits – Provide legal representation if required.
Private Consultancies – Offer application assistance if required. • Hands-on
experience using immigration case management systems (e.g., ecerenade, • INS Zoom
etc.) for case tracking and documentation. • Ability to manage high-volume
caseloads with accuracy and attention to detail, while • meeting tight deadlines. •
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with employees, HR teams, internal
stakeholders, and external immigration counsel.
EXPERIENCE
& SKILLS
REQUIRED • In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and processes, particularly
employment-based categories such as H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of
Status (AOS). • Attention to detail (errors can lead to denials). • Communication &
customer service skills. • Certifications in Immigrations related would be an added
advantage • Solid understanding of I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and other work
authorization requirements. • Experience supporting global mobility and
international immigration processes is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS • Flexibility on work hours as this role supports teams in the US and
India. • Maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest • Provide honest
advice without guaranteeing outcomes • Help resolve issues like visa overstays,
deportation orders, or consular processing delays. • Excellent written and verbal
communication skills for preparing case summaries, legal correspondence, and
internal guidance documents. • Proven ability to proactively monitor and track visa
status and expiration dates to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
