Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Immigration Specialist will be responsible for advising clients on immigration issues, conducting in-depth research on immigration policies, managing visa applications, and ensuring compliance with global immigration laws. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, preparing and submitting necessary documentation, and keeping up-to-date with changes in immigration policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Immigration Policy
• Understanding of Law and Global Immigration standards
• Experience with visa applications and related processes
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or related field
