You will work closely with clients to assess their eligibility for various Australian visa categories under the skilled migration program, focusing on skill assessment processes essential for securing permanent residency. Utilizing your expertise with ImmiAccount, you will efficiently manage and process visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian immigration laws. Additionally, you will leverage industry connections to support our HR team in recruiting skilled professionals and play an active role in team expansion. Your role will also involve overseeing the preparation and submission of visa applications, tracking their progress, addressing any issues, and maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the migration process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting regular reports on the status of client cases and challenges faced during the migration process to the Assistant Manager. To excel in this position, significant experience in a similar role within the immigration industry is required, with specific expertise in Australia's Skilled migration and job sponsorship visa program. The Sales Executives will be also responsible for addressing Client’s inquiries and act as support team until we have dedicated customer support department while adhering to our company SOP. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone. While prior experience in sales is a plus, we are open to training individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company. The role comes with a 6-month probation period that includes training. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct telecalling to potential leads generated from marketing campaigns. ● Memorize and effectively use the sales script to persuade clients to purchase our services. ● Maintain a professional and persuasive tone during conversations. ● Address basic client inquiries and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
