Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end case management for Canada & Australia PR applications, Tourist Visas, Work Permits.

• Complete documentation, verification, and accurate filing.

• Regular client communication & status updates.

• Professional handling of client escalations

• Ensuring high success rate and client satisfaction

• Staying updated with latest immigration rules, CRS updates, and program changes

• Building long-term client relationships
