Immigration Executive

As an Immigration Executive working at the organization, you will be responsible for handling Immigration petitions and collaborating with paralegals and Attorneys. Your role will require a deep understanding of US immigration law and the ability to adapt to process changes within the organization. Attention to detail, accuracy, quick thinking, and timely delivery of work are essential qualities for this position. Your key responsibilities will include: - Documenting the end-to-end process for non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM, etc. - Ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements, accurate job descriptions, and regulatory standards - Handling LCA filing and PAF filing - Following up with vendors on compliance documents, tracking progress, and maintaining the Public Inspection File - Assisting in preparing for DOL or USCIS audits and inspections related to employment-based immigration compliance - Serving as a liaison between employees, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities - Managing DS-160, appointment booking, and pre-orientation preparation for consulate interviews - Creating itineraries for employment offer letters - Updating LCAs when an employee changes projects or experiences other material changes - Addressing inquiries regarding case status and immigration procedures - Reviewing all case documents for accuracy and completeness before submission Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate degree - Excellent communication and writing skills - Proficiency in immigration management software and Microsoft Office Suite - At least 3 years of experience in petition drafting/filing and familiarity with USCIS processes If you are interested in this position, kindly share your CV with jose.p@sstech.us.,
