Immigration Executive

As an Immigration Executive -US, your primary responsibility will be to manage immigration petitions in collaboration with paralegals and attorneys. You must possess a comprehensive understanding of US immigration law and be adaptable to organizational process changes. Attention to detail, accuracy, quick thinking, and timely deliverance of work are crucial aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will include thorough documentation of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM, among others. Ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements, precise job descriptions, and regulatory standards is essential. Additionally, you will handle LCA filing, PAF filing, vendor coordination for compliance documents, and maintain the Public Inspection File. You will also play a key role in preparing for DOL or USCIS audits and inspections pertaining to employment-based immigration compliance. Acting as a liaison between employees, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities will be part of your duties. Facilitating DS-160, booking consulate interview appointments, and pre-orientation preparation are also expected. Moreover, you will be responsible for drafting employment offer letter itineraries and updating LCAs as required. Responding to inquiries regarding case status and immigration procedures, reviewing all case documents for accuracy and completeness, and maintaining effective communication channels are part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is a graduate with excellent communication and writing skills. Proficiency in immigration management software, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, is necessary. A minimum of 3 years of experience in petition drafting/filing and familiarity with USCIS processes are required qualifications.
