Immigration Counselor (FEMALE ONLY)

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and assist clients in choosing suitable immigration or visa options based on their profile and eligibility.
• Provide detailed and accurate information regarding migration laws, visa processes, timelines, and documentation requirements.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/target goals.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, eligibility criteria, and procedural changes.
• Manage client files and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal departments (documentation, processing, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Immigration Studies, Law, Business Administration, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, or a related target-based sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes for countries such as Canada, Australia etc
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Multilingual abilities (advantageous but not mandatory).
