Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Immigration Consultant. The Immigration Consultant will provide expert advice and assistance to individuals and families on immigration options and processes. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, assessing their eligibility for immigration programs, preparing documents for visa applications, guiding clients through legal and regulatory procedures, and providing ongoing support throughout the immigration process. The consultant will also remain updated on global immigration policies and laws to deliver precise and tailored advice to clients.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Immigration Issues, Visa categories, and procedures
• Familiarity with Immigration-related Laws and global immigration policies
• Experience in Consulting and advising clients on immigration options and processes
• Knowledge of Global Immigration processes, including Canadian PR, Australian PR, and other country-specific immigration programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and support clients effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to handle regulatory documentation efficiently
• Understanding of international cultures and excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
