Job Description

As an International Mobility Partner & Case Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless immigration and mobility operations for North America. You will act as a trusted advisor to business units, proactively managing visa risks, and delivering strategic, scalable solutions aligned with Capgeminis global talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead proactive risk assessments related to visa dependencies and business continuity.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies including visa extensions, Green Card initiations, and escalation protocols.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to optimize workforce planning through visa-based talent channels.
  • Track immigration and mobility budgets in partnership with the Finance team.
  • Provide strategic immigration guidance to business units and project teams.
  • Advise on international assignment deployment options, especially for North America.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in US employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1).
  • Determine petition eligibility based on internal policies and immigration regulations.
  • Guide employees and managers through immigration processes and internal systems.
  • Review and validate documentation for petition accuracy and compliance.
  • Draft and self-review immigration petitions and ensure accurate LCA procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and immigration regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of application statuses and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (LCA, C&B, Reviewers) as needed.
  • Stay current with immigration laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Meet all SLA and deadline requirements.
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder queries within 24 hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    in US business immigration, especially H-1B and L-1 petitions.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • Strong drafting and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with international assignment transfers and end-to-end US & Canada immigration processes.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
