Immigration Branch Manager/ Assistant manager

1.Should have thorough knowledge about Immigration process including country specific expertise like Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Schengen countries, etc.

2.Be responsible towards Sales targets and achieving the Sales team's Monthly business.

3.Interview Immigration Consultants and ensure their development.

4.Motivate team members towards the common goal.

5.Lead by example to achieve the business in Canada Immigration.

6.Maintain decorum and train teammates.

7.Help the team in closing the sales.

8.Team member individual targets must be achieved.

9.Take daily reporting and send the same to their reporting Manager.

10.Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships.
