Immigration admin executive

Evaluate and identify the right visa category, as per clients profile. Build and maintain close relationship with clients and responded to their queries.

Maintain periodic Visa status records. Resolve client queries directly and indirectly professionally.

• Communication:
• Handle internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Documentation:
• Establish and maintain organized filing systems for company documents, records, and files.
• Assist in document preparation and distribution as needed.
• Scheduling:
• Coordinate and manage executives' schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Travel Arrangements:
• Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
• Supervision:
• Oversee administrative staff, delegate tasks, and ensure the completion of assigned responsibilities.
• Resource Management:
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to meet organizational needs.
• Policy Implementation:
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to administrative functions.
• Problem Solving:
• Address and resolve administrative issues, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: ₹12,152.73 - ₹20,000.00 per month
