Immersive learning Lead

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage VR learning sessions at schools and institutions. • Ensure smooth setup, execution, and closing of daily sessions. • Maintain and troubleshoot VR/tech equipment during sessions. • Coordinate with the teaching staff and support team for seamless delivery. • Engage with students in a friendly, interactive, and professional manner. • Take accountability for session quality, student engagement, and timely execution. • Provide feedback and reports on session performance to the management team. • Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to company growth.⸻Requirements & Skills: • Passion for technology, VR/AR, and education. • Physically fit to manage and run sessions for an entire day. • Strong communication & public speaking skills; confident in addressing students. • Friendly, approachable, and student-centric attitude. • Good problem-solving skills and accountability-driven mindset. • Ability to travel for school sessions. • Added Advantage: Valid 4-wheeler driving license.⸻Qualifications: • Graduate in any discipline (Education/Technology background preferred). • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in tech are welcome. • Experience in operations, event management, or EdTech is an added plus.⸻What We Offer: • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge VR learning solutions. • Dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation. • Training and growth opportunities within the EdTech space. • Competitive salary & performance-based incentives.
