1. Role Description:

The Future Digital Enablement Manager is a leadership position at Nuziveedu

Seeds Limited (NSL), reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). The role

focuses on leveraging digital technologies and innovations to drive company

growth. It includes overseeing digital transformation, optimizing platforms,

managing digital marketing, and ensuring the seamless integration of digital

initiatives across the organization

2. Qualification:

2.1 Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or related

field. Advanced Degree preferred.

2.2 8+ years of experience in digital enablement/transformation, preferably in

the Seeds or Agri-inputs industry

2.3 Proven leadership in digital transformation projects within agriculture or

related sectors

2.4 Strong understanding of digital technologies, data management, and

analytics

2.5 Expertise in project management, collaboration, and change management

3. Experience:

3.1 Strong track record in digital/IT roles with a focus on digital transformation.

3.2 Familiarity with emerging agricultural technologies and industry trends

4. Competencies:

4.1 Technical / Functional:

4.1.1 Expertise in digital strategy formulation and execution.

4.1.2 Hands-on experience with digital tools, platforms, and technologies.
