The Senior Technical Officer will oversee all electrical, mechanical, and facility management operations, ensuring optimal performance, preventive maintenance, and compliance with statutory requirements. JOB DETAILS :

Experience : 8+ Years of experience in facility/electrical maintenance, including

Qualifications & Skills:-

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

  with

  8+ years

   of experience in facility/electrical maintenance, including

  3+ years in a senior role

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  UPS, AHU, DG sets, HVAC, and building electrical systems

  .
• Proven leadership skills with ability to train and guide technical teams.
• Proficiency in vendor management, budget handling, and compliance documentation.

• Mandatory:

   Valid

  C-License

   holder.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Systems & Power Infrastructure

• Supervise inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all

  LDB, PDB, ELDB

   and associated electrical panels.
• Oversee operations and preventive maintenance of

  AHU units

  , ensuring HVAC performance and comfort levels.
• Manage

  UPS systems

   (all rated capacities) conduct periodic load tests, battery health checks, and backup performance reviews.
• Monitor

  DG set

   operation, fuel consumption, load sharing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure proper functioning of all lighting systems, emergency lights, and earthing arrangements.
• Enforce safety compliance in line with statutory regulations; must hold a

  valid C-License

  .

2. Energy Monitoring & Compliance

• Review and analyze

  EB consumption readings

   for energy efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Electricity Board for inspections, approvals, and meter-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to government electrical safety norms and inspection schedules.

3. Facility & AMC Management

• Lead

  AMC

   and

  PM

   planning for electrical, HVAC, and other facility-related equipment.
• Verify vendor work quality, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely closure of complaints.
• Prepare technical quotations, comparative statements, and approval documents.

4. Operational Leadership

• Plan and assign daily duties to technical teams, review performance, and provide training.
• Maintain daily logs of activities, incident reports, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical support for corporate events, including

  power backup arrangements

   and

  AV setup

  .

5. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Schedule and execute shutdowns for electrical and HVAC maintenance with minimal operational disruption.
• Conduct regular

  load balancing

  , insulation resistance testing, and equipment calibration.
• Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and consumables for uninterrupted operations.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain

  gate pass

   and

  inward/outward registers

   for all technical materials.
• Submit periodic performance reports to management with recommendations for improvements.
