Job Description

Role & responsibilities Cloud Operations Job Description. Shift :3pm to 12am ( UKshift) . Monitor, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and AKS clusters. Deploy and maintain cloud-based applications, microservices, and enhancements to Azure resources. Implement and maintain robust monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana. Ensure system security and compliance with industry-standard best practices. Handle system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and OS upgrades. Address OS vulnerability patching. Collaborate with development teams to integrate new cloud technologies. Set up, customize, and enhance monitoring through Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana. Develop and maintain shell, python scripts to automate routine tasks. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required. Qualifications Proven experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AKS, and DevOps methodologies. Hands-on expertise with Prometheus and Grafana implementations. Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills. Familiarity with programming languages like Python and Terraform.
