Position Overview

Area Sales Managers (ASM) / Regional Sales Managers (RSM) / State Heads

Key Responsibilities

  • Appoint, onboard, and manage

    Channel Partners / Distributors

    within the assigned territory
  • Drive

    sales growth, revenue targets, and market penetration

  • Develop and execute

    territory-wise sales strategies

    aligned with business goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
  • Lead joint business planning with partners to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Monitor distributor performance, sales funnel, forecasting, and pipeline health
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
  • Resolve channel conflicts and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams (support, service, logistics, management)
  • Ensure compliance with channel partner agreements and company programs

  • Proven expertise in

    channel sales and distributor management

  • Excellent planning, execution, and territory management ability

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • 4 to 9 years

    of experience in

    B2B / Channel Sales / Distributor Management

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Existing distributor or dealer network is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel

    25-50%
