Job Description - Voice & Chat Process | Language BPO (MNC Hiring) Process 1: Voice & Chat Process (International MNC) Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice or Chat Process • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (both eligible) • Good communication skills (English mandatory) Salary: • Voice Process: 20,000 In-hand (CTC: 3.10 LPA) • Chat Process: 22,000 In-hand (CTC: 3.20 LPA) Process 2: Language BPO (Voice Process Only) Languages Hiring: • Hindi & English • Assamese • Punjabi • Malayalam Requirements: • Only Graduates • Fresher/ experience both can apply • Good communication skills in respective languages Salary: • Hindi / English Voice Process: 14,000 In-hand • Assamese / Punjabi Voice Process: 17,000 In-hand • Malayalam Voice Process: 19,000 In-hand + Relocation Bonus (14,000) *Perks & Benefits*: • PF & ESI • Medical Insurance • Travel Allowance • Night Shift Cabs (as per company policy) Additional Information: • Immediate Joiners Preferred • Work Location: kolkata Rotational Shifts Interested candidates can share their resume and directly DM or Call: • Senior HR Nabila : 8920903468 • Senior HR Simar : 7840808749 • Senior HR Mehak : 8383025642 (Please mention your preferred language or process while applying)
