Key Responsibilities

Assist HRBP team in
talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and employee engagement activities
.
Support in conducting
training needs analysis, scheduling, and coordination
of learning sessions.
Help design and implement
employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms
.
Maintain HR databases, records, and reports accurately.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of
L&D programs
and
HR processes
.
Contribute to HR projects and provide administrative support as required .

Preferred candidate profile

Strong interest in
Human Resources, HRBP, and Learning & Development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility

Pursuing
MBA/PGDM in HR
(or recently completed).
Freshers with strong interest in HRBP & L&D can also apply.
Candidates from reputed/premium institutes will be preferred.
Must be willing to work in a hybrid mode with mandatory three days from office (Pune location).
