Immediate Hiring For Dot Net Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .NET Team Lead to oversee and guide a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining modules across the Tax2efile platform. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend technical capabilities, team leadership experience, and familiarity with database design, DevOps practices, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of .NET developers in the design, development, and maintenance of backend services, frontend components, and tax form workflows.

Review and refine existing modules across 30+ tax forms, ensuring standardization and accuracy of shared fields.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce coding standards and secure development practices (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001).

Interface with Product Management to refine requirements and deliver technical estimates and release plans.

Oversee integrations with external systems such as Authorize.Net payment gateway, and AWS services.

Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, schema designs, and performance tuning.

Track and resolve issues using Azure DevOps Boards/Wiki and ensure traceability from requirements to release.

Contribute to documentation for form workflows, business rules, and validation logic in DevOps Wiki (Markdown).

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.

8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, Entity Framework.

Solid experience with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Razor, Blazor,  Bootstrap).

Proficient in MS SQL Server (procedures, indexing, performance tuning).

Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SES), serverless architecture, and CI/CD.

Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and agile development practices.

Strong understanding of secure coding practices and tax-data handling compliance (PII/PHI).
