Job Description: You will be joining Homemade Baker's (India) Limited as a full-time IML Injection Moulding Technical Head based in Sonipat. Your role will involve overseeing technical support operations, managing a team, training staff, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize processes. Daily responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining injection moulding machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring production efficiency and quality control. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and improve injection moulding processes - Manage and train team members effectively - Communicate efficiently for team coordination and support - Provide technical support for injection moulding machinery - Ensure production efficiency and quality control through daily monitoring and maintenance - Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise - Optimize processes to enhance overall performance Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills - Exceptional team management and training abilities - Excellent communication skills - Proven experience in technical support for injection moulding machinery - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field - Ability to work effectively on-site in Sonipat - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in injection moulding technology, is a plus,
