IMG SCM Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for meeting agreed market metrics - Fill rate (Line & Piece), Inventory Turns, Back orders etc. Perform all daily/weekly/monthly processes diligently without any backlog thereby meet key deliverables. Work closely with sources for schedule adherence and ensure timely receipt of parts at warehouse. Handle Vehicle off road orders promptly and provide accurate information to dealers. Schedule release to supplier on time Review forecast changes, stock order suggestions and validate Support SLI and invoice process Participate in markets/source issue log meetings Follow escalation matrix & follow timely manner Support ATB buy analysis along with affiliate supply/Purchase team. Handle market queries in timely manner. Work on continuous improvement initiatives and elimination of NVAs in various process steps Work closely with Purchasing to review the supportability of overdue parts from supplier Supplier delivery performance Monitoring Weekly meeting with IMG, FSAO and Europe Market Education Qualification Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile engineer No. of Years of Experience 3 to 5 years Professional Exposure (Technical Skills) Auto Components/ Service Parts / Logistics/ Inventory Planning & Management Preferred previous experiences Functional Skills Good data analysis skills Behavioral Skills Good communication skills Responsible for meeting agreed market metrics - Fill rate (Line & Piece), Inventory Turns, Back orders etc. Perform all daily/weekly/monthly processes diligently without any backlog thereby meet key deliverables.
