Role Overview:

The Image Editor will be responsible for high-level image manipulation, correction, and compositing. The role requires the ability to interpret complex client feedback, resolve visual inconsistencies, and execute advanced Photoshop workflows to deliver precise, production-ready outputs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to meet client expectations for both realistic and imaginative artwork.

Key Technical Responsibilities:

·        Execute advanced image editing, retouching, and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.

·        Perform complex compositing tasks including image merging, background replacement, and visual reconstruction.

·        Apply non-destructive editing techniques using smart objects, masks, adjustment layers, and layer styles.

·        Resolve client-requested corrections related to lighting, shadows, perspective, color grading, and realism.

·        Edit imaginative or conceptual artwork and refine it into visually accurate, high-quality final assets.

·        Maintain pixel-level accuracy and quality consistency while meeting assigned daily productivity targets.

Required Technical Skills & Competencies:

·        Advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).

·        Strong proficiency in masking, pen tool, blend modes, layer management, and high-end retouching.

·        Solid understanding of color theory, image resolution, and output optimization.

·        Proven problem-solving ability to translate abstract or unclear client feedback into precise visual outcomes.

Experience Requirement:

·        1 to 3 years of professional experience in image editing or visual post-production.

·        Candidates must be based in Trichy.

·        CTC up to 25,000 per month for experienced candidates.

·        Compensation will be commensurate with skills, experience, and performance.
