IL Excellence Manager LSP Onboarding

The IL Excellence Manager LSP Onboarding takes ownership of the onboarding of LSPs for new customers in Kuehne + Nagel Integrated Logistics. In your scope, you will ensure that all LSPs are properly onboarded into the agreed operations processes between KN IL and the customer. This includes establishing connectivity between the LSP and KN IL for transport instruction provision and/or shipment status provision. Your role involves securing the adherence of LSPs to agreed SOPs and operational performance targets during implementation. You will develop a digital agenda with LSPs to automate operational processes and ensure real-time availability of shipment status information during onboarding. The position requires a combination of customer/LSP-facing activities and internal stakeholder management. Your responsibilities will include managing the LSP integration process, collecting and preparing required LSP data, leading change management processes, and promoting a digital agenda with LSPs to enhance data provision accuracy and support automation. You will also be responsible for ensuring business contingency plans are in place, supporting emergency management during Hypercare, and managing freight procurement to drive value creation for customers. Staying updated on market intelligence and ensuring GDP/GxP compliance are also crucial aspects of the role. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations with a strong track record. You must possess a solid understanding of the forwarding business across all modes of transport and demonstrate expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement. The ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions, and respond swiftly to solution implementation and customer needs is essential. Additionally, a willingness to travel up to 30% is required.
