In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For: - Leading the design and structure of technology systems with a strong emphasis on UI/UX. - Managing the implementation of programs and coordinating with the software development team to ensure smooth system operations. - Understanding both business and technical perspectives to drive effective solutions. - Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts. - Writing application interface code using JavaScript, following React.js workflows. - Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code. - Optimizing components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers. - Testing and updating applications to ensure high performance and security standards. - Understanding and utilizing key principles of the Redux state container. - Leveraging reusable components and frontend libraries to enhance development efficiency. - Documenting application changes and developing updates. - Participating in peer code reviews and providing constructive feedback. - Offering technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in software development practices. - Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing new tools and practices to enhance development processes and product offerings. - Escalating problems as appropriate and exhibiting strong troubleshooting and technical skills. What You Need to Have: - Master s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 15+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies. - Proven experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API development. - Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) anddata modeling. - Knowledge of newer specifications of EcmaScript and experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). - Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. - Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and OKTA. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
