Reports To: Head of School
Nature and Scope: Responsible for overseeing, mentoring and extending academic support for Lower Secondary and IGCSE Levels, ensuring alignment with the Cambridge Curriculum and providing academic leadership, support teachers in liaison with the Head of the Department, drives initiatives that foster student success, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment are maintained.
Division: Lower Secondary and IGCSE
Requisite: Master s in English/Math/Science/Business Management/Economics with CIDTT/CICTT, Bachelor of Education/Diploma in Education; minimum 5 years of teaching experience and 2-3 years of administrative experience in Cambridge/IB/ICSE schools in India or abroad. Exposure to technology based teaching is preferred.
